Responsible resource management
Fiscal Stewardship
We are committed to responsible use of resources and transparent reporting to partners and funders.
Fiscal principles
- Mission alignment — resources directed toward measurable public-interest outcomes
- Transparency — clear reporting on resource allocation and program spending
- Accountability — regular updates to partners on deliverables and expenditures
- Efficiency — lean operations focused on direct program impact

Funding model
RSIA seeks funding through grants, foundation partnerships, and institutional collaborations. We do not accept funding that would compromise our nonpartisan posture or create conflicts of interest with our standards work.
The Institute publishes in phases. We do not guarantee funding decisions or partner outcomes;
we commit to measurable work and transparent reporting.
